• Direct all procedures before government agencies, including police departments, civil rights, the Public Prosecution, all control and investigation authorities, and all administrative departments.
• Follow up on the implementation of clients’ claims with governmental and non-governmental agencies.
• Negotiate with the Zakat and Income Authority and resolve problems related to the clients’ status and relationship with it.
